Abstract

隨着科技水平的發展,計算機運算能力和數據庫容量的提升,利用大數據(big data)技術,處理大量數據、從中獲取信息、作為市場營銷戰略的理論和實戰指導方向,逐漸成為企業在市場上的核心競爭力。本文結合學術文獻,並通過具代表性的實際商業案例,說明大數據在(1)洞察市場趨勢與消費者需求、(2)輔助產品開發與專業決策、(3)推動消費者客製化營銷,以及(4)助力庫存管理等諸多方面都能發揮顯著優勢,同時也提出大數據於本澳市場營銷環境,主要在博彩業運營與政府打造智慧城市兩方面,有寬廣應用前景。
