| Abstract | 我國人口問題現狀是一方面要求人口總量少,另一方面要求人口結構好,近期人口主要矛盾從過去強調的數量到現在強調的結構進行調整,單獨二胎生育政策是這種調整的具體體現.給出了近期人口數據變化和遠期人口撫養系數變化.未來人口負擔比的下降确實對人口結構調整有好處,但是中國未來多增加人口的不利之處也必須清楚.提出了應該設定最高人口紅線爲16億的設想. |
