Abstract	书院教育与学院的专业教育相辅相成，对本科生的成长给予多方面的辅导及全方位教育。本文概述澳门大学书院的成立背景、书院管理架构及教育目标，并以张昆仑书院为例，报告了在实践中如何通过体验式学习方式把书院建造成一个社群教育平台，接着是讨论书院教育的初步成果及其成因。研究认为，现代书院的全人发展教育与学科的专业教育相辅相成，才能培养学生成为才德兼备、具真正竞争能力的人才。
