Abstract

书院实践全人教育理念,而身心健康是基础。书院作为一个联系紧密的社群,在心理辅导与心理疾病预防方面可以发挥重要作用。美国多所大学已经在采用“驻院咨询师”模式,在书院或宿舍开展心理健康服务。澳门大学吕志和书院也开展了“心晴茶室计划”,探索由书院导师担任心理辅导角色,在书院为学生提供心理辅导服务的模式。本文总结了此机制的运作经验与思考。
