| Abstract | 目的研究中国珠海、中国澳门、美国纽约三地的药房医学服务现状及存在的问题，比较三地药房医学服务的水平，并提出相应建议。方法在中国珠海、中国澳门、美国纽约三地通过半结构化问卷访谈了30 名药师和70 名消费者，并对访谈结果进行对比分析。结果通过对三地的访谈分析发现，三个地区药房医学服务的水平都不高并且服务种类比较单一，地区差异不大，但消费者和药师之间存在认知差异。结论三地药房可以通过提供一般性的医疗检查服务、传递医学保健知识和开设医疗门诊等服务提高药房医学服务的水平，增强药房的综合竞争力。 |
