Abstract	本发明是一种复方二甲双胍/格列吡嗪控释片及制备方法，包括二甲双胍和格列吡嗪两种主要活性物质，用于治疗糖尿病。本发明采用先压制片心，然后在片心外包一层半透膜，再在半透膜上打至少一个小孔以使活性物质从半透膜内释放出来。片心中加入碱性物质提高格列吡嗪在壳内的溶解度，使两种活性物质能以零级速率同步释放。本发明为复方控释制剂，血药浓度波动小、降低了副作用、提高疗效、一天仅服一次、提高了患者的顺应性，具有显著的优点。
