| Abstract | 本发明涉及一种双面打孔的单室双层渗透泵控释系统，该系统包括一个由助推层和含有药理活性物质的含药层所构成的芯体，芯体包有半透性衣膜，在系统两面中心或中心附近的包衣膜上各打有一个小孔。其优点是在生产中的打孔过程中不需要颜色识别装置、不需要加入颜料，从而降低了成本、简化了工艺。更重要的是，防止了由于识别错误所发生的误打现象，消除了由于识别错误而给使用该装置的患者带来的发生严重副作用的风险。该系统适用于难溶性药物的口服给药，该系统可以使所述的药理活性物质基本上以零级释放。 |
