| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种化合物、其制备方法及应用以及抗类风湿性关节炎的药物，涉及天然药物及医药技术领域。化合物为新化合物，可以为烟豆中的9种提取物glytacoumestan A‑I。该制备方法从烟豆中提取该化合物，该化合物在制备类风湿性关节炎药物中的应用，药效试验表明，该coumestan类化合物能够显著缓解脂多糖(LPS)和白细胞介素‑1β(IL‑1β)刺激的细胞炎症反应，并且能够抑制破骨细胞的分化，提示这些化合物用于制备抗类风湿性关节炎药物的应用前景。因此，本发明为研究与开发新的抗类风湿性关节炎药物提供了候选化合物，为综合开发利用烟豆资源提供了科学依据。 |
