| Abstract | 1、強制性假日與每週休息日（週假）不能重疊； 2、如基於企業的安排工作的特別需要，可安排強制性假日與每週休息日重疊； 3、出現上述情況，僱員有權獲得一天的休假，或屬收取月報酬的僱員，額外的一日基本報酬；如屬按實際工作的時間或按實際生產結果確定報酬的僱員，所提供的工作的正常報酬另加一日基本報酬。 |
