| Abstract | 一直以來，社會大眾對於賭博所產生的債務均不予區分，一概以“賭債”來命名及定性。然而，事實上，兩者從法律層面考慮是有所區別的。接下來，本文將嘗試對於涉及賭博性質的債務作出分析，對這兩不同之概念作出區分，繼而分析有關的債務之性質，最終得出有關的債務的效力問題。 在澳門，對於涉及賭博的債務，可以將之分為因賭博而產生之債務，以及為賭客提供資金參與賭博活動而產生的債務。前者屬於直接因賭博活動而產生之債務。後者屬於為賭客提供資金以參與賭博活動而產生的債務。 |
