Abstract	發展權是20世紀後期發展中國家發展問題上提出的一個嶄新的人權保障方面的理念，是二戰後在建立國際經濟新秩序進程中率先提出的人權報站新理念，所以說發展權是國際政治經濟秩序鬥爭與妥協的產物，也是主持特定的歷史背景下，發達國家與發展中國家之間關於發展權問題的强烈分歧與論爭是必然的客觀存在。隨著人類社會的進步與發展，國際社會將圍繞著發展權問題始終存在著政治事件和理論觀點方面的博弈。
