| Abstract | 目的:本研究選取促紅細胞生成素(EPO)基因3’端增強子SNP/T3541G進行解析,并與18周耐力訓練后生理表型指標進行關聯性研究,探討該基因多態位點作為預測有氧耐力訓練效果的分子遺傳學標記的可行性。方法:采用關聯研究法,研究102名北方士兵18周有氧耐力訓練后,身體成分、血紅蛋白(Hb)、最大攝氧量(VO2max)及通氣無氧閾(VT)等生理指標與EPO基因3’端增強子SNP/T3541G多態位點關聯性。結果:①EPO基因SNP/T3541G基因型在士兵中的分布頻率經卡方檢驗符合Hardy-Wein-berg平衡;②18周有氧耐力訓練后,SNP/T3541G各基因型組間生理表型指標變化量均無顯著性差異;③耐力訓練前,SNP/T3541G的TG、TT基因型受試者在瘦體重(LBW)、VO2max及VT/VO2max等指標明顯高于GG基因型受試者(P<0.05)。結論:EPO基因3’端增強子上SNP/T3541G與有氧耐力訓練后生理表型指標無關聯性 |
