| Abstract | 通過對10名普通健康男大學生安靜狀態下及兩種運動負荷後唾液睾酮、唾液皮質醇和RPE (主觀體力感覺)等生理指標的測定，發現：運動後唾液睾酮水準升高，唾液皮質醇無顯著變化但有升高趨勢，RPE等級升高。結果表明: 兩次臺階運動負荷後, 唾液睾酮、唾液皮質醇及RPE可作為評定運動疲勞的生理指標。 |
