| Abstract | 老龄化一直是任何国家或地区面对的问题。澳门虽然在养老方面具备比较完善的法律制度，尤其是在经济层面上，但在老龄化下面临着不少关于此方面的挑战。这些挑战亦突显其有必要由传统养老向智慧养老方向改革。本文旨在探讨澳门向智慧养老改革的必要性以及在改革上应注意的某些法律问题，如智慧养老法律依据的存在性和远程医疗的合法性问题，以便具备法律基础在澳门提倡及发展智慧养老的概念。 |
