Abstract | A calibration-free thermal digital microfluidic (T-DMF) device was presented for ultrafast DNA melting curve analysis (MAC). The MCA over calibration-free T-DMF device can be finished in less than 7 seconds and clear enough to tell the difference between mutant type and wild type. This calibration-free method will be in great value for researchers who investigating the relative techniques and applications. |
