Abstract

本发明公开了一种低碳氮比餐厨垃圾的厌氧发酵方法,涉及厌氧发酵技术领域。低碳氮比餐厨垃圾的厌氧发酵方法包括:将餐厨垃圾和接种物混合形成发酵体系,并在发酵体系中加入碳酸氢铵进行厌氧发酵;其中,餐厨垃圾的碳氮比小于等于15;根据厌氧发酵反应器的体积确定加入碳酸氢铵的量,碳酸氢铵的加入量是控制氨氮浓度为1‑200mg/L。通过在低碳氮比的餐厨垃圾进行厌氧发酵时加入特定量的碳酸氢铵,促进低碳氮比厌氧消化系统自我调节能力的加强,使得系统稳定性增强,避免发酵系统过量中间产物积累,最终实现低碳氮比的餐厨垃圾进行厌氧发酵并高效产甲烷的目的。
