| Abstract | 本文旨在檢視澳門 《民法典》官方中文版意思表示瑕疵制度的條文中譯，指出當中一些術語或文句的明顯誤譯或值得斟酌之處，並提出筆者的譯法，謹供學術界與實務界參考。具體言之，本文闡述了 erro -vício （瑕疵錯誤）、invalidado（非有效）、simulação fraudulenta（詐害虛偽）、falta de consciência da declaração（欠缺表示意識）、vontade da acção（行動意思）、culpa grosseira（重大過失）、elemento（元素）各詞的漢字譯語錯訛，並評論了該制度諸條文的其他翻譯問題。 |
