| Abstract | 本研究旨在通過托兒所服務的需求預測，並結合向持份者徵詢政策意見等，獲得綜合調研結果而對澳門特區的托兒所服務發展方案提供建議。採用文獻分析法、問卷調查和訪談三種方法展開研究。根據研究結果，建議：一、托兒所需明確和深化托兒所服務的定位與內涵；二、完善受資助托兒所的托額分配制度；三、引入受資助托兒所弱勢家庭優先準則；四、完善受資助托兒所招收幼兒的安排；五、建立有利於幼兒福祉的便民多元托兒服務；六、其他建議：（一）完善家庭教育，加強家所合作；（二）推行「家庭友善」育兒政策，完善支援系統；（三）完善社區嬰幼兒照顧輔助服務和城市公共育兒空間建設；（四）發揮「扶老攜幼」的協同效應 |
