Abstract中國語言教育目前面臨著“一語獨大“、“質量參差”、“弊端交織”的嚴峻現實, 科學地規劃語言教育已刻不容緩。本文認為,以人才為紐帶,借助“一帶一路”合作框架的契機,能夠幫助語言教育規劃往語言選擇的多元化、語言教育的實用化、語言人才的精英化三個方向上發展。針對語言教育規劃具體實施的問題,提出了三點具體策略:破除“一語獨大”格局,實現語言教育的多樣化;採用社區語言教育新模式,提高語言教育的效率與質量;定位語言教育的目標和層次,挖掘和提升人的語言潛能和能力。
