| Abstract | 中國語言教育目前面臨著“一語獨大“、“質量參差”、“弊端交織”的嚴峻現實， 科學地規劃語言教育已刻不容緩。本文認為，以人才為紐帶，借助“一帶一路”合作框架的契機，能夠幫助語言教育規劃往語言選擇的多元化、語言教育的實用化、語言人才的精英化三個方向上發展。針對語言教育規劃具體實施的問題，提出了三點具體策略：破除“一語獨大”格局，實現語言教育的多樣化；採用社區語言教育新模式，提高語言教育的效率與質量；定位語言教育的目標和層次，挖掘和提升人的語言潛能和能力。 |
