| Abstract | This book provides a detailed examination of the current laws and practices on arbitration and mediation in Macao SAR. This book is based on an earlier research by the author as commissioned by the Macao SAR Government on how to promote alternative dispute resolution in the region. Based on the empirical research through questionnaire survey and interviews, this volume will also give policy suggestions on how to reform the current ADR framework in Macao. |
