Abstract | 自动车算法的道德设计面临的难题主要包括两类。第一类是道德哲学里经常讨论的失控车难题,即要撞一人还是要撞多人?第二类是保护乘客还是其他无辜的道路使用人的难题,即要自利性自动车,还是要利他性自动车?关于失控车难题的算法的道德设计,应该以功利原则为指导,选择导致最小痛苦量的撞击方案;功利原则要求把自动车的算法设计成利他性的。关于自动车算法道德的规范,最好是由民主产生的立法者依照民主程序来统一确定。 |
