Abstract

农药滥用污染生态环境的现象普遍存在于全球范围内,其中南非,中国,印度,澳大利亚和阿根廷流域具有较高的农药污染风险。表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术作为新型快速、无损的分析方法,可以实现类似色谱方法的指纹式图谱分析,相较于其他快速检测方法,为样品提供更多信息,尤其为实际快检过程中难于解决的多农药残留检测提供了强有力的分析手段[1, 2]。为了进一步提高SERS技术的准确性和重现性,我们在保证高灵敏度的前提下,制造了便携、成本低以及具有内标的纸基SERS基底。该基底包含既能增强拉曼信号,且带有内标的核壳纳米粒和能避免咖啡环效应使得拉曼信号均一的疏水纸基。该基底具有优异的均一性、重现性和灵敏度。在40×40μm2范围内,以2.5μm为步距扫描289张光谱,其RSD值为8.55%,该基底也能轻松检出低至10-7 M的剧毒水溶性农药百草枯和醇溶性农药福美双。具有内标的纸基可以作为一个经济、便携、可靠的SERS基底用于检测痕量农药残留。
