| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种膜载体斑点免疫渗滤测定噻虫嗪含量的试剂盒及其使用方法，该试剂盒中包括试纸条；试纸条包括固相载体以及包被于固相载体表面的噻虫嗪抗原；固相载体为硝酸纤维素膜或尼龙膜。本发明采用硝酸纤维素膜为固相载体，利用其印迹作用在其表面包被噻虫嗪包被抗原，在静电作用下将噻虫嗪特异性抗体与纳米金进行偶联标记，制备得到纳米金标记的噻虫嗪抗体，在膜载体定向渗滤作用下，噻虫嗪与噻虫嗪包被抗原竞争性结合纳米金标记的噻虫嗪抗体，通过判断膜上颜色的变化从而定性检测样本中噻虫嗪的含量。本发明较酶联免疫检测法的制备成本低廉，检测方法简便快速，检测成果明显直观，适合现场快速鉴定。 |
