Abstract

本发明公开了一种锂硅合金纳米颗粒和干法锂硅合金负极材料的制备
方法,该锂硅合金纳米颗粒锂硅合金内核和位于锂硅合金内核表面的聚合
物层,聚合物层对锂硅合金内核完全包覆。通过对硅锂合金内核进行聚合
物的充分包覆,能够提升锂硅合金颗粒的稳定性,降低设备投入成本,提
升经济性。并且该硅锂合金颗粒在与导电剂等其他原料制备负极材料时,
能够有效避免硅锂合金颗粒内部的硅锂合金内核和外部的空气中的水、氧
反应,减少锂损失。此外,在制备干法锂硅合金负极材料的混料过程中加
入稳定剂能够补充硅锂合金颗粒表面包覆层磨损后出现的无聚合物空位,
进一步防止内部硅锂合金和外部空气的反应,减少锂损失,进而提高材料
性能。
