Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合固态电解质膜及其制备方法和应用及锂离子电池,该固态电解质膜包括有机相本体和无机颗粒,该固态电解质膜具有第一表面和与第一表面相对的第二表面,第一表面至第二表面的延伸方向,无机颗粒的颗粒含量逐渐增大。其制备方法包括:将含有无机颗粒的有机悬浮液静置干燥,热压。本发明实现了无机颗粒在固态电解质膜中垂直方向上的梯度分布,使其在接触锂金属负极的一侧无机颗粒浓度较低,减小界面阻抗;无机颗粒浓度较高的另一侧接触正极,实现锂离子的快速传输,提高固态电解质中的锂离子的传输速率,且利用无机颗粒优异的机械性能提高复合电解质膜的机械强度,解决了锂枝晶生长易刺穿聚合物固态电解质膜和离子电导率低的问题。
