Abstract | There are 3 parameters in the well-known Lorenz chaotic system. This paper focuses on genera modified Lorenz chaotic systems. In this modified system remains one linear equation, but includes seven parameters. Because of this linear equation, it is not hard to solve for the equilibrium states. Since it includes seven parameters, the distribution of system orbits is more complicated. By discussing the distribution and stability of the focused equilibrium, we obtained the parameters region that makes system chaotic. The traditional Lorenz system is simply the special case of the one in this paper. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical result. |
