| Abstract | 澳門於1999年回歸之後，實行“一國兩制”，保持原有的資本主義經濟和社會政治制度長期不變。“一國兩制”使澳門經濟蓬勃發展，在二十多年間成爲世界一顆閃耀的明珠。差異化的制度使澳門在原本就有優勢的休閒旅遊業更上層樓，成為世界級的旅遊中心。然而，2019年底新冠疫情來襲，對全球經濟社會造成了重大衝擊，三年多來同樣嚴重影響澳門，並揭示了澳門存在的産業發展失衡、産業結構單一、經濟韌性不足等各類問題。如今疫情已近尾聲，2023年疫情之後，澳門如何繼續善用“一國兩制” 制度優勢，促進龍頭旅遊產業升級與多元轉型，拉動澳門經濟發展，將是澳門未來的重要經濟課題。 |
