Abstract

本发明公开了一种超分子凝胶化细胞及其制备方法和应用。该超分子凝胶化细胞包括细胞和胞内的水凝胶,水凝胶由大环主体分子或大环主体分子修饰的聚合物与客体分子修饰的聚合物通过超分子主客体作用形成。该超分子凝胶化细胞可作为类细胞载体,发挥其基于细胞功能的药物递送特性,且由于其不具细胞活性,可克服细胞载体制剂在靶向递送过程中的药物吞噬和外排问题。超分子凝胶化细胞具有完整细胞膜结构,解决目前细胞膜包被纳米粒子的膜蛋白损失及随机排列的问题,增强细胞膜受体蛋白介导的治疗功能。同时,其制备工艺简单、快速,易于规模化和普适性,且可长时间储存,在基于细胞功能的靶向递送和治疗中展示出巨大应用潜力和转化价值。
