发明公开了适用于炎症的胞内自组装细胞马达载药体系及其制备方法,涉及超分子化学技术领域。该载药体系包括作为载体的免疫细胞以及具有治疗成分的纳米药物,纳米药物通过免疫细胞的自主内吞作用装载于免疫细胞内,纳米药物包括经主体分子修饰的第一纳米材料和经客体分子修饰的第二纳米材料,主体分子和客体分子在免疫细胞内自主形成组装体,第一纳米材料和第二纳米材料均为在炎症微环境刺激产生气体或在外界能量驱动下运动的纳米材料。该载药体系可以抑制纳米药物被细胞快速外排,降低转运至靶部位之前药物泄漏,提高药物递送效率,该载药体系可将免疫细胞本身构建为“细胞马达”深入病灶深处,促进药物有效利用,达到良好的治疗效果。
