Abstract | 近年來, 環境問題日趨嚴峻, 人與自然的關係已成爲影響人類生存與社會經濟發展的重大問題。 推動粵港澳大灣區發展爲世界級一流灣區, 必須堅持綠色發展的原則,廣泛形成綠色生産生活方式。 然而要全面推動綠色發展, 還需要綠色生産與綠色生活方式的有效連接。 尤其是員工綠色行爲作爲連接的關鍵, 如何促進其溢出效應, 從綠色生産溢出至綠色生活方式, 尚待深究。 基於此, 本文(一) 採用文獻綜述, 梳理員工綠色行爲對企業綠色發展的重要性; (二) 探究員工綠色行爲對其綠色生活的積極和消極溢出效應,並(三) 分析溢出效應的制約因素; (四) 根據粵港澳大灣區員工綠色行爲的發展現狀,提出以員工綠色行爲溢出效應爲基礎, 助力粵港澳大灣區綠色發展的路徑建議。 這對於推動粵港澳大灣區綠色發展具有重要意義。 |
