本申请公开了一种微型多核核磁共振成像平台,平台包括核磁共振集成电路系统,射频线圈结构;核磁共振集成电路系统与射频线圈结构连接;核磁共振集成电路系统包括三维梯度磁场控制器,射频发射器、接收器以及耐高压开关;射频发射器包括功率放大器、第一延迟锁相环结构以及第二延迟锁相环结构;第一延迟锁相环结构用于接收脉冲合成器产生的第一脉冲信号并生成32个延迟信号;第二延迟锁相环结构用于接收32个延迟信号中任意两个延迟信号进行相位插值并生成一个相位分辨率是0.7°的脉冲信号;功率放大器用于将脉冲信号放大至目标功率并驱动射频线圈结构。本申请可广泛应用于集成电路设计技术领域。
