Abstract | 在单像素成像中,光源、投射图案、单像素探测器以及恢复算法都扮演着各自重要角色。对于可见光波段的单像素成像,商用的硅光电二极管是通常使用的单像素探测器。我们这里将介绍使用基于钙钛矿材料的两种单像素探测器,一种是钙钛矿MAPbBr3微米线单像素探测器[1],另一种是双层钙钛矿FAPbBr2.4I0.6 / FAPbI3薄膜单像素探测器[2]。钙钛矿MAPbBr3微米线单像素探测器在蓝光波段具有20nm的颜色分辨率,优于商用的硅光电二极管探测器。双层钙钛矿FAPbBr2.4I0.6 / FAPbI3薄膜单像素探测器可以在复杂环境中实现单轮测量即分别提取出红色以及绿色的物体图像信息。我们的工作对于启发不同材料在单像素探测过程中的优势具有启示作用。 [1] Advanced Optical Materials 11, 2201847 (2023).
