Abstract | 本发明属于电子材料技术领域,特别涉及一种压电材料的制备方法和应用。本发明压电材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将陶瓷材料、碱性溶液混合,得到混合液;(2)将混合液研磨,烘干,制得压电材料;碱性溶液为碱性水;碱性溶液的pH为11‑14。本发明采用pH为11‑14的碱性水,碱性水中的氢氧根提供碱性水环境,具有更好的表面张力,且氢氧根所结合的陶瓷材料中的金属离子对水分子具有较好的团聚作用,可使研磨过程中陶瓷材料颗粒均匀地分散直至纳米级别。此外,碱性水环境的引入也可以优化压电材料纳米颗粒的尺寸大小,最终得到均匀性、分散性良好的压电材料,进而所制备的压电薄膜具有良好的铁电和压电性能。 |
