Abstract本发明公开了一种用于黑色素瘤细胞内原位交联的聚合物纳米粒及其制备方法和应用,涉及化学和生物材料技术领域。所述聚合物主要包含高分子聚合物主链和酪氨酸衍生物两部分,或者高分子聚合物主链,酪氨酸衍生物和具有细胞器靶向功能的官能团三部分实验结果证明,该聚合物在黑色素肿瘤细胞内,受到黑色素瘤细胞中活力度较高的酪氨酸酶的刺激后,可以在细胞内原位发生交联,调节细胞内的物质结构和细胞器的生理活性,导致细胞活力下降。此外,酪氨酸酶催化聚合物交联过程类似黑色素瘤细胞内黑色素的生成途径,从而构建“人工黑色素”,可增强光热诱导抗黑色素瘤治疗效果,达到联合治疗目的。因此,这种用于黑色素肿瘤细胞内的原位交联聚合物可以有效的调节细胞的活力之外,可以通过调节聚合物上的单元结构,有效的针对细胞内不同的细胞器进行特定细胞器的结构和功能的调节,为人工调控细胞和细胞器的生理活性和治疗相关疾病提供了新方法。
