| Abstract | The Social Welfare Bureau commissioned the project, which promotes and supports the participating subsidized nurseries in developing their own “Nursery Operation Manual”. It helps nurseries create individualized manuals tailored to their specific service characteristics and needs. Ten nurseries have developed manuals for improving and optimizing nursery service levels in this project. |
