Abstract | This paper studies the stability of time delay systems. The Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) method is used for our study, in which a novel negative-determination criterion for cubic polynomials is proposed. An improved stability criterion of time delay system is obtained by the new method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by some numerical examples and reduced conservativeness can be obtained. |
