本发明涉及一种翻转网络跨导-电容补偿电路,包括:一主信号跨导,包括N+1个主信号跨导单元,所述N+1个主信号跨导单元级联,形成主信号路径;一前馈补偿跨导,包括N个前馈补偿跨导单元,用来形成左半平面零点,改善相位裕度;一补偿电容,包括N个电容,由于米勒效应分离主极点和非主极点,用来提高跨导放大器稳定性;一负载电容,包括一个电容,与负载电阻一起形成跨导放大器极点。本发明提供的RNGCC电路有效改善相位裕度、结构简单,适合于未来CM0S工艺所必须的低电源电压,有着广阔的应用前景。
