Abstract

Photo-induced current-modulation in zeolite (AFI) crystals containing single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCN) was discussed. Experiment was done using visible and near infra-red laser light at room temperature. λ-dependence of the polarization anisotropy was analyzed by a simple mode based on the optical anisotropy. Results showed remarkable polarization anisotropy in the modulation.
