| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种中药固液胶囊，它是将固体药物制剂与液体药物制剂填充于胶囊壳中制备而成，其中，固体药物制剂的活性成分为中药的水溶性成分，液体药物制剂的活性成分为中药的脂溶性成分。本发明通过“多态一体化胶囊”这一理念，以中药挥发油或脂肪油为非水溶性活性成分的溶解载体，体现了药辅合一的中药用药思想；将水溶性部位制备成微丸或片剂而填充于胶囊中，形成集多种形态于一体的整合型中药新制剂。该剂型实现了中药的全成分输送，为全面、合理地开发中药提供了一种新的方法。 |
