Abstract

本发明提供一种能够适应工业化生产要求,环保、简便、快速制备三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1和/或Rd的方法。该方法以三七提取物、三七总皂苷或三七皂苷中间体为起始原料,采用制备型反相高效液相色谱法以乙醇-水系统为流动相进行等度或梯度洗脱,所述乙醇-水系统为30%-80%(v/v)的乙醇-水溶液。该方法具有工艺简单、无污染、成本低和纯度高,其产品纯度均在97%以上的优点。
