| Abstract | 本发明提供一种能够适应工业化生产要求，环保、简便、快速制备三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1和/或Rd的方法。该方法以三七提取物、三七总皂苷或三七皂苷中间体为起始原料，采用制备型反相高效液相色谱法以乙醇-水系统为流动相进行等度或梯度洗脱，所述乙醇-水系统为30％-80％(v/v)的乙醇-水溶液。该方法具有工艺简单、无污染、成本低和纯度高，其产品纯度均在97％以上的优点。 |
