| Abstract | 周公是一位极重要的政治家、思想家。他的思想内涵丰富，对先秦诸子及后代思想、政 治产生重要的影响。周公谈人性，提出“若生子，罔不在厥初生，自贻哲命”的重要命题。他的人 性论偏于性善无不善，强调后天“习”的重要性、人的主动性。周公强调“心论”。他所说的“心” 的内涵，包括忧患意识、敬，重视“心”尤多于重视外物、礼仪。他也极重视君王之心、贵族之心: 尽 心办事，不可贪图安逸。他强调心、教育、爱物三者的关系: 长辈好好教导后辈，爱惜“土产”，就能 改善心。他认为环境对人性起重要作用，他重视教育、教化。可见，周公的“心”是人文心、历史 心，而不是个人之私心。 |
