A series of steroidal glycosides, including three new compounds, named saccatols A-C (1-3), and two known analogues (4-5), and eight phenols (6-13) were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum saccatum W.T. Wang ex Tsiang et P. T. Their structures were elucidated by interpretation of their spectral data, mainly HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR, and comparison with the literature data.
