Abstract

基于实际配电网“闭环设计、开环运行”的特征,本文提出一种考虑N-1安全准则的配电网与分布式储能联合规划方法,可同时给出储能的选址定容、配电网的闭环规划及开环运行方案。首先,建立了考虑N-1安全准则的联合规划模型。其次,提出了故障具有代表性的线路识别方法并给予证明。然后,设计了规划决策与N-1校验相结合的迭代求解流程。最后,通过算例验证了所提规划方法的有效性。所提规划方案满足N-1安全准则,且通过储能的投资降低了规划总成本。
