Abstract

In this study, a spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) was used to non-invasively investigate the brain of adult zebrafishes. Based a 1325 nm light source and two high-speed galvo mirrors, our SD-OCT system can provide a large field of view at video rate with high resolution (12μm axial and 13μm lateral). In vivo experiments were performed and all results demonstrated that sagittal and coronal SD-OCT images could clearly demonstrate the morphology and physiology of brain.
