| Abstract | 本发明涉及一种阴道用纳米银靶向温敏喷雾凝胶及其制备方法，所述纳米银靶向温敏喷雾凝胶由纳米银溶液、温敏高分子聚合物波洛沙姆407以及波洛沙姆188、甘油、尼泊金乙酯和蒸馏水搅拌混合均匀制成的。采用本发明的纳米银靶向温敏喷雾凝胶可以在室温下以液体方式靶向喷入阴道中，在阴道的生理环境下形成半固体状的凝胶，并均匀分布和持久滞留在阴道的炎症病变部位，能有效地提高了患者的顺应性和纳米银的生物利用度，其使用方便、疗效确切、且无药物依赖性。 |
