Abstract | Four new iboga-type alkaloids, ervaoffines H-K (1–4), along with five known compounds were obtained from the aerial parts of Ervatamia officinalis. The absolute configurations of 1–4 were confirmed by X-ray diffraction and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analyses. The isolates were tested for their anti-inflammatory activity. Compounds 1, 5, 6, and 9 showed potential inhibitory effect of NO production in LPS-stimulated BV2 and RAW264.7 cells. |
