| Abstract | 目的：探討聯合應用青蒿素類化合物抗腫瘤的意義。方法：通過PubMed 檢索系統搜索近年來國內、外發表的有關青蒿素類化合物聯合其他化合物抗腫瘤的文獻，對其進行歸納、整理。結果：青蒿素類化合物與多種化合物，如氨乙酸硫酸亞鐵、順鉑、卡鉑、吉西他濱、環磷醯胺等聯合使用，均具有一定的抗腫瘤增效作用。結論：青蒿素類化合物自身毒性小，與多種化合物聯合應用具有增效作用，因此研究聯合應用青蒿素類化合物抗腫瘤的課題值得關注。 |
