| Abstract | 本发明涉及糖类测定技术领域，特别是涉及一种多糖及其组份定量方法，多糖样品溶液经高效液相凝胶排阻色谱(HPSEC)或不对称场流分离，联用激光光散射(LLS)、示差折光(RI)和紫外检测(UV)技术分析，以比折光指数增量值(dn/dc)为0.130‑0.160mL/g(最佳值为0.146mL/g)或先经示差折光检测技术测得的多糖或其组份dn/dc值，计算选定分子量分布范围的多糖或其组份含量。本发明可用于植物、真菌等多糖及其产品的含量测定，为多糖类物质的质量控制提供准确、高效、简便方法。 |
