Abstract本发明提供一种富含Fe、Fd的三七总皂苷及其单体Fe和Fd的制备方法。所述制备方法包括步骤:(1)将三七药材加入温水中浸泡10~200min,然后加入乙醇水溶液或水进行提取,得到提取液,其中,所述三七药材包括三七叶和/或三七花;(2)将提取液上大孔吸附树脂柱,用乙醇水溶液洗脱,即得富含稀有三七皂苷Fe和Fd的三七总皂苷。本发明的制备方法能够大大提高稀有三七皂苷Fe和Fd在总皂苷中的含量,同时通过简单的分离纯化方法即可获得三七皂苷Fe和Fd单体。
