| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种人血清淀粉样蛋白A1功能性短肽及其制备方法和应用。具体地，本发明提供一种人血清淀粉样蛋白A1多肽片段或其药学上可接受的盐，所述的多肽片段具有以下特征：(i)该多肽片段的序列来源于人血清淀粉样蛋白A1的氨基酸序列；和(ii)该多肽片段为人血清淀粉样蛋白A1(SAA1)全长氨基酸序列(104氨基酸)的第M位到第N位，且长度为42‑67个氨基酸，其中M为9‑14的任一正整数，N为55‑75的任一正整数。本发明的人血清淀粉样蛋白功能性短肽具有抑制致炎细胞因子表达、促进抗炎细胞因子表达的能力，可用于制备治疗炎症疾病的药物。 |
